Dr. Francisca Hongla Biaka is the Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive officer of the University. She is the principal academic and administrative officer of the University. She chairs the General Board of the university and works directly with Deputy Vice Chancellors in the day to day management of the university. Among the main tasks of the Vice-Chancellor are to:
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the whole University
Represent the University externally, both within Cameroon and overseas;
Secure a financial base sufficient to allow the delivery of the University’s mission, aims and objectives;
