Tuesday, November 21st marked the kickoff of the much-anticipated 25th-anniversary celebration of Biaka University Institute in Buea. The day commenced with a vibrant sports walk through the bustling streets of Buea, with the Vice Chancellor and other esteemed officials leading the way. The sight of faculty and students marching in unison showcased the unity and spirit that has defined the institution for a quarter of a century.
Following the invigorating walk, the participants congregated at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium, where an atmosphere of excitement and energy prevailed. A series of stretching exercises and physical activities ensued, reinforcing the university’s commitment to holistic well-being.
The pinnacle of the day was the football finals held between Biaka Staff FC and the Medical Laboratory Students. The game unfolded with intense competition, culminating in a 1-1 tie.
